By accessing and using the BackTheFront website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Contributions
BackTheFront operates as a crowdfunding platform for combat nutrition products. When you make a contribution, you are funding the production and delivery of nutrition shots to Ukrainian soldiers. Contributions are not donations to a registered charity and may not be tax-deductible.
3. Batch System
Our crowdfunding works on a batch system:
- Each batch requires a minimum number of shots to be funded before production
- Once a batch is fully funded, production and delivery will commence
- You will receive updates on your batch status via email
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics and security
4. Refund Policy
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Before batch closes: Full refund available
- After batch closes: No refunds available (funds committed to production)
- Batch cancelled: Automatic full refund if minimum not reached
To request a refund, contact us at support@backthefront.com with your order confirmation number.
5. Supporter Wall
If you choose to display your name on our public supporter wall, you grant us permission to display your name (or chosen display name) on our website. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BackTheFront and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
BackTheFront makes every effort to ensure products reach their intended recipients. However, we cannot guarantee delivery due to the nature of conflict zones. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to military operations, border closures, or force majeure events.
8. Transparency Commitment
We commit to providing transparent reporting on all batches, including production costs, delivery documentation, and proof of receipt where safely obtainable. Batch reports are available on our website.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
